Taking You Beyond Legislation
Designed exclusively by Alunet System's in-house technicians and experienced product developers, with the fabricator and installer in mind, the objective was clear, take Aluna+ beyond the current legislation governing UK construction.
The ability to outperform the recent changes to Part L of the UK Building Regulations and the introduction of the Future Homes standards means that the Aluna+ Window System provides both the installer and the homeowner with out of the box compliance to current and future legislation.
Aluna+ performs thermally with no foam requirement within the frame nor the sash.
Engineered polyamide thermal breaks are used throughout the system performing far better than traditional materials adopted by other systems on the market. The unique low lambda construction of the polyamide generates U-values of 1.3 using standard double glazing, and 0.9 when triple glazed.
Clip-in beads are fully available on our Aluna+ Window Systems. Our clip in bead is unique in that when installed with our market leading Aluna+ profile, installers benefit from both flexibility and ease of installation, dramatically reducing the time of install per pane.
What sets our new bead design apart is the confidence in the sound it makes as it is installed. Simply click it into place without the need for tools or any excessive force where traditionally, glazing would require a time-consuming wedge gasket.
In addition to the ease of a clip-in bead, with Aluna+ there are dedicated glazing platforms utilising both 28mm and 40mm glazing.
Offering a perfect colour match with the rest of the Aluna range. The standard colours that we have in stock are Grey 7016 (Matte), Black 9005 (Matte), White 9016 (Gloss), Grey 7016 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Black 9005 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Textured Grey 7016 and Mill Finish.
Available in single or dual colours, the Aluna+ window system is factory powder coated to marine quality as per Qualicoat regulations. The Aluna+ window system can also be made available in any RAL colour upon request.
Universal Aluminium Cills
Our range of Aluna+ aluminium cills are part of a modular concept where cills and ancillaries have several configurations using the same fully adaptable and high performing PVC thermal break. Our Aluna+ cill is effective in directing water away from brickwork whilst also offering an additional design element to the aesthetics of the window.
In addition to having the option to be retro-fitted to any installation which offers an elevated layer of protection to any finished install, our aluminium cill is more robust than PVC alternatives and comes complete with plastic push-in colour matched end caps, in our standard stock colours, for a secure and sleek finish. Cill sizes are 100mm, 150mm, 180mm and 220mm.-
