FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have questions about our products, Carlisle Window Systems Ltd can help.

What is the Supply & Fit process?

  • 1. Sales Appointment

Call or Office or visit our Showroom to book an on-site sales appointment. One of our Sales Representatives will attend your property, have a look at the potential work, take some rough sizes and discuss what you are looking for. At this point you will get a price for the work.

If you would like to go ahead with the quotation, we will take a deposit at this stage.

  • 2. Survey Appointment

Our Office Staff will contact you to make an appointment for our Surveyor to come out to your property. All of our products are made to measure so he will take precise measurements, check over openings and details on the contract. He will make a note of how to finish off the windows & doors, for example if they need to be trimmed or if they are being plastered in.

  • 3. Manufacture

At this stage, your order is scheduled in for manufacture. We manufacture all of our products at our Factory on Durranhill Industrial Estate so once we have processed your order for a provisional due date, it can then be batched to our Factory ready for fabrication.

  • 4. Installation Appointment

Our Office Staff will contact you to discuss an installation date once we have confirmed dates for the products. Usually our Installation Diary is booked up in advance so we will be able to give you plenty of notice. You will need to move any furniture, blinds or anything obstructing the windows or doors prior to the installation.

Usually our Installers start from upstairs and work their way down the property. They will go through this with you when they arrive. Once finished, the Installers will go through the Installation Checklist to ensure that everything has been done and they will also show you how things work such as handles & hinges.

  • 5. Enjoy your new & improved home!

Post completion, our Installers will give you a paper invoice for the outstanding balance. This must be paid within 7 days of completion and can be paid via cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit or debit card.

Now you can enjoy your new & improved home with the peace of mind of security and efficiency.
