The Weary Sportsman Orangary

The weary at castle carrock had a old lean too style conservatory on the rear elevation that was used as part of the resturaunt.

The owners wanted to replace with something more suited to the building, more of an extension than a conservatory, and something to give that 'wow' factor.

we designed the orangary with this in mind, brick pillars, steel reinforcing, plastered walls and ceilings with the lantern roof creating the centrepiece, giving light and space to the dining area.

£10,000 conservatory winner

Mandy McCoombe was the lucky winner of our 'live in it to win it' conservatory competition.

Four contestants had to live in one of our display conservatories at our Harker showsite for a week, broadcasted on CFM thoughout the week and bieng voted for the favourite by CFM listeners.

The four contestants were:Trevor Liddel, Johnathan Van-Heddegem,Mandy McCoombe, and Christopher Wills.

They were given various tasks to do throuhout the week to earn there food etc and could be viewed constantly 24/7 through the live web cam.

All the contestants were totally fantastic and had a great time, but there could only be one winner,
